Is possible to place nose art on planes of other nations (Spitfire etc. or e.g. P40 with English emblems) than American planes?

When you choose American plane you can also choose nose art. Is there any possibility how to avoid it? Some patch or whatever. I would like to use the nose art on every plane. 

I have used the paintshop but the quality of the skin is very low.
